Introduction to MIL-STD-810H

➡️ MIL-STD-810H is a military standard guideline for environmental test and reliability engineering considerations and laboratory tests/environmental simulations for military systems and hardware.

➡️ In Part 1 we will cover a brief overview of what MIL-STD-810H is, a history on MIL-STD-810H, and a summary of the content and tests that you will find in MIL-STD-810 (Revision H).

➡️ For the next 5 weeks, we will be covering all MIL-STD-810 tests in detail, including why each test is performed, some test examples and profiles, failure modes to look out for, what systems each test would be applicable to, and test equipment that would be used for each type of test.

➡️ At the completion of this video you will understand what the military standard MIL-STD-810 is used for and how to implement it as a tool for developing an environmental test plan and developing a system for military (And sometimes commercial) applications.
